In addition to a long-standing personal practice of pilates and passion for exercise science, he has run the marathon, half marathons and competes in ocean racing events such as Bondi to Bronte and the Palm to Whale Beach swims.
His 10+ years association with Bondi Surf Lifesaving Club and Glebe Greyhounds Australian Football Club has seen him nurture cohorts of surf lifesavers from juniors to beach patrols and delivered fitness training for winning—and losing 😉 — Grand Final teams.
