I can relate to you and your journey and know what it will take for you to achieve your goals. I’ve trained hundreds of people – just like you – for over 10 years. I started out where you are: by going to the gym and training – to get fit and get it together – all the way to competition level. I realised my experience could help others. I teach good form and technique and will help you find the right intensity to train at to reach your goals.

In 2008 I was in the team opening Camperdown Fitness. Now, with 12 years of experience – as Trainer, Head Trainer and Training Manager – I have worked with celebrities, athletes, professionals, everyday people young & old, those just starting out and those working towards excellence. From absolute beginners to hard core body builders and all levels in between. Everyone is different. I’m a family man – my oldest is 26, my youngest is 7 – and at 48, I know the importance of building relationships for long term success. Over half the people I work with are long term clients who have been coming back for more than 5 years and their goals vary as they approach different stages of life. I will work with YOUR specific needs to help you safely and successfully achieve your fitness & life goals.
