The secret of getting ahead is getting started!


Becoming a personal trainer was a natural progression for me. I have played grade Rugby League and I have over 8 years of experience in Mixed Martial Arts, kickboxing, boxing, wrestling and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu.

Training and maintaining a healthy lifestyle have always been an important part of my life. I am naturally goal driven and I use this to help my clients set goals and build plans to achieve those goals. I have worked as a personal trainer for over 10 years and in that time have had many clients who have come to me for various reasons. Whether their goal is weight loss, body toning, training for a fight, dipping their toe in a bit of Martial Arts or just overall motivation I am passionate about passing my knowledge onto clients.

A flexible and achievable yet challenging program, which helps change lives, is my aim with all clients. I encourage you to make a positive change in your life all whilst having fun! Training shouldn’t be a chore and with me it never will be. Don’t allow limitations or health challenges get in the way of you being happy and fulfilled.
