My interest in injury prevention, strength and conditioning, has led me to focus my attention on what matters most—best practice of techniques and strength. I am passionate about the art of weightlifting; executing and expressing strength through flawless movement.

Injury is so common with people these days due to poor posture, poor nutrition and lack of exercise.

Often the reality is your body has been moving wrong for years with entrenched movement patterns that need to be undone and retaught.

The goal of my programs is to device methods and techniques to help minimize risks of injuries while embracing exercise, finding effective ways to get you back into peak physical condition.

I can help you adopt realistic changes that you can live with.
