I love living a fit and healthy lifestyle, and my passion for helping others implement positive changes in their lives is what drives me as a personal trainer but, first let me tell you about myself.

I’ve worked as a personal trainer at Camperdown Fitness for over 5 years. I’ve always lived an active lifestyle and fitness has always been a big part of my life. I played rugby league for Parramatta in the junior grades and competitive rugby league thirteen years and then went on to study at Westfield Sports High School.

I’ve completed a Certificate lll in Fitness, a Certificate lV in Fitness and a Master Trainer 1 Program. I’ve also had experience in competitive boxing for over 5 years, and thoroughly enjoy introducing boxing into my clients workouts for extra fitness and diversity. I’m highly motivated and enthusiastic about providing my clients with the best advice and building a fitness program around their needs. Together, we’ll set goals and build a solid foundation for fitness and health to be integrated into your lifestyle.

I focus on setting goals with you that will be achievable, time effective and most of all enjoyable, to help motivate and encourage you to live a healthy and active life. I’m always trying new techniques, activities and methods of training and fitness myself, this allows me the opportunity to further my knowledge, learn new skills and introduce variation to our workouts.
