I’ve been in gyms since I was 14 and a full-time trainer my entire adult life. I LOVE training and being a PT.

I throw my heart and soul into it every day pouring all my energy and creativity into delivering the best possible workouts to my clients. I see the gym as my workshop, creating and refining exercises in a way that best suits the unique requirements of all the people I look after.

Not a single session in my very busy week is ever taken for granted. 100%. Every. Time.
