G-Fitt – Georgina Andrews Fitness

As a leader, a motivator, a coach and passionate trainer I want to make a difference. This is why, I believe fitness starts in the mind, life is about balance and giving 100% energy, effort and love for all that we do.

I started my fitness journey in my 20s where I paddled my way to represent Australia in the World Outrigging Sprint Titles in Tahiti. After hanging up my paddle and commencing a corporate career, I continued to regularly use mixed martial arts and boxing as a means of maintaining and advancing my mental and physical conditioning.

Now, in my mid 50’s I understand, more than ever, it is what you do from your 30’s onwards that can make a BIG difference. Let’s get started, with exercises specific to your requirements in a safe and fun environment – I am here for YOU.
