Benji has been working in the Fitness Industry as a professional Strength and Conditioning coach for over 14 years, and during this time he has worked with all types of clientele. From beginners just looking to loose weight and stay healthy to professional athletes, teaching them to what he believes to be the ultimate in training methodology, nutritional strategies advice to achieve their goals safely and effectively.

He focus’s on solidifying a strong foundation for his clients so that they are able to progress with the correct movements and technique – taking their training to unthinkable heights.
