Our change room facilities are clean, spacious and well equipped. We provide private showers, a separate change area with salon grade hair dryers and in the ladies make up benches complete with GHD hair straighteners.
Our Crèche is fun, educational, safe and the most important thing is your child will be asking when can they come back to the gym again. We also added a healthy treat vending machine for them to enjoy while you working out. You really can eat treats and still lose weight. In order to lose weight, you need to consistently burn more calories each day than you consume. Thankfully, sticking to this simple formula doesn’t prohibit you from ever indulging in a treat. People crave a variety of different foods.
Lockers are provided in the gym and change rooms but you must bring your own padlock.
Lockers must be secured with a padlock. No personal items to be left in lockers overnight. Do not leave personal items unattended in locker rooms at any time. Camperdown Fitness is not responsible for items stolen or lost.
