Camperdown Fitness has invested in high quality, state-of-the-art strength equipment from the industry leaders Cybex, Panatta, Technogym, Life Fitness, Hammer Strength, Nautilus, Cybex Eagle, Octane Airdyne X and Les Mills.

To help you make the most of each workout we have also divided the gym into zones that focus on different parts of the body so you can work out in the quickest and most effective way.
