The benefits of regular exercise and strength training not only help with relieving stress and helping with your mental health… Strength training helps keep the weight off, protects bone health and muscle mass, makes you stronger and fitter and helps you develop better body mechanics.
Over the last few years I’ve been gaining the knowledge and understanding on how regular exercise, especially strength based training has helped me to overcome some personal back injuries and i have had a big interest in nutrition and learning how to fuel my body right to gain results.
