My Journey and love of fitness started with my own experience of being an overweight and unhealthy teenager. Through self-education And trial/error, I managed to shift 40kg of weight but was still hungry for more.
I sought out the help of a trainer who pushed me to compete in a fitness show and completely changed my thought process when it came to correct nutrition and exercise. I completely transformed my body and shortly after, I decided to study to become a personal trainer to help others through their own fitness journeys.
I created ‘The FittLab’ with a more holistic and ‘basic’ approach in mind. No fancy diets, No crazy exercise routines. Back to basics custom Food/Exercise plans to help my clients achieve maximum results.
