I was previously appointed by the New South Wales Government to implement a fitness program and healthy lifestyle measures for over 5000 staff within a government organisation. Not only did this create a healthy and more productive workforce it helped individuals reach their health and fitness goals.
Throughout my Personal Trainer career, I’ve successfully changed not only my client’s bodies but also their mind set when it comes to a healthy and active lifestyle by creating a relaxed and fun approach to each session.
I’ve teamed up with one of Sydney’s leading Dietitians and created a complete healthy eating plan. These tasty and easy to follow meal plans help my clients understand the benefits of healthy eating and at the same time improve energy levels, fat loss and create stronger healthier muscles.
