Following 3 years employment at Camperdown Fitness, Anthony has spent the last 2 years being mentored by advanced trainer Joey Sheather (trainer to 12WBT Michelle Bridges). With the knowledge gained through this partnership AG Fitness offers professional, knowledgeable and educational sessions in a nurturing and friendly platform to build the U you want to be.

Whether it is weightless, overall health, strength training, increasing endurance, improving your fitness level or just wanting to get back into shape AG Fitness can create the right program for you.

AG Fitness specialises in metabolic conditioning, circuit training, high intensity interval training, hypertrophy and core conditioning achieved through Yoga and Pilates techniques. Nutritional advise designed to fit into your everyday routine is readily available to help improve your eating habits. Realistic goals and targets are created to give you results that are long term.
